Client Contact:
• New clients: You will receive a Welcome Email or text with an introduction, service breakdown, pricing structure, and a checklist of required documents.
• Returning clients: You will receive a Tax Preparation Start Email confirming participation for the tax season and any updates to the process.
Document Collection:
• Secure portal or encrypted email for submission of tax documents (W-2s, 1099s, deductions, etc.).
• We will confirm receipt within 24 hours and notify you of any missing documents.
Upfront Fee Disclosure:
• See our transparent Fee Structure Document explaining our tax preparation service costs.
• We do Require client acknowledgment (signature or email confirmation) before proceeding.
Our Overall Objective: We Prepare tax returns accurately and review them with clients before submission to the IRS.
Processing:
• We Prepare the tax return within 48-72 hours (longer for complex cases).
• We Conduct an internal review to ensure accuracy.
Pre-Submission Review Call or Email:
• We Provide a summary of the tax return, including expected refund/payment, applied deductions, and fees.
• We send a detailed email and in some cases - We Offer a 15-minute call for clients with questions.
• We Require client approval before filing any and all returns.
Objective: We Ensure clients know exactly when their taxes are filed and what happens next.
IRS Submission:
• Once approved, file the tax return electronically.
• Confirm submission within 24 hours via email, including:
• Filing Confirmation Number
